Lead instructor

Anthony Erickson

He is certifed in numerous areas by the NRA as an instructor and training counselor.  Tony is a United States Army veteran.  Tony founded Bullseyes to Badguys in 2005.  He attends at least three training courses a year as a student to advance his skills.  He is a certified Use of Deadly Force instructor.  Erickson is a member of International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors.  He is also a Life member of American Legion, Veterans of Foriegn Wars, and Gun Owners of America.  Tony is a completitive shooter in both semi-auto and revolver.  He is currently employed with UP Couriers as the firearms training officer.  Tony is a Patron member of the NRA.  His gun of choice is the Glock 34 in 9mm.

Michael Fedrizzi

 He joined the Bullseyes team in 2007.  Mike currently holds numerous certifications from the NRA and is a Massad Ayoob Group instructor for pistol.  Mikes skill with the precision rifle is that of legend.  Mike has trained with Spartan Tactical, Midwest Training Group, and is also a certified Glock Armorer.  Mike is a competitive shooter, life long hunter, and is currently employed as an armed security guard by U.P. Couriers.  Mike is a Life member of the NRA.  His gun of choice is the Glock 22 in 40 S&W.

Senior instructor Jon Niggeling

He joined the Bullseyes team in 2008.  Jon holds numerous certifications from the NRA.  He is a certified staff instructor for Massad Ayoob Group for rifle and pistol.  He is the shotgun instructor of the group and rarely misses a clay when competing.  He is one of the teams two left handed shooters.  Jon is a competitive shooter and avid predator hunter.  He is the teams top qualifier with the AR15 platform at all the many trainings that he has attended with that weapon system.  Jon is a Life member of the NRA.  His gun of choice is Smith and Wesson M&P in 9mm.




Instructor Erika Harnden
She joined the team in 2007.  Her main focus is on pistols and personal protection.  Erika enjoys representing the section of society that could use the protection of a firearm the most.  She brings the young mother perspective to our world of firearms training.  Erika is a competitive shooter in the semi-auto class.  Erika is a Life member of the NRA.  Her gun of choice is the Glock 19 in 9mm.

Instructor Gary Smith

He joined the team in 2012.  His expertise is large bore rifle.  Gary is one of two team  members from the State of Wisconsin and is always on top of any laws changing for firearms in his home state.  He is always toward the top of the leaderboard at any competition.  He is a life long whitetail deer hunter.    Smith is a Certified Taser instructor.  Gary is also a Life Member of the NRA.  His gun of choice is the Springfield Armory XDM in 9mm.

Instructor David Quandt
He joined the team in 2012.  David is the long range shooter of the group.  His love for pistols is only second to his love of the AR10.  He passed the Appleseed RIFLEMAN qualification in 2014.  Quandt is a Certified Taser Instructor.  He competes regularly with his 1911 and his Glock 9mm.  Snowshoe rabbits are Dave's hunt of choice.  David is a Life Member of the NRA.  His gun of choice is his Para GI Issue in 45 ACP.

Instructor Andy Plumley

He joined the team in 2012.  Andy holds numerous instructor credentials with the NRA, Michigan Hunter Safety, and is also 4H instructor for the area youth.  Andys 4H team has taken home first place in the State of Michgan from 2011 to  2014.  Andy is one of the teams four AR15 instructors.  Andy and his two sons regularly compete in both revolver and semi-auto classes.  His gun of choice is the Glock 34 in 9mm.

Instructor Bobbie Peterson

Bobbie Joined the Bullseyes team in 2013.  She has been an instructor in other trades before and is now using those skills in the firearms and self defense industry.  Bobbie started off with revolvers and has since fell in love with the Smith and Wesson M&P in 9mm.  


Instructor Marci Piccuci

Marci was recruited in 2014. Since her start with the team she has attended every additional training that our team has to offer.  She gained her Shotgun Certification before even starting with the team.  Marci attended Project Appleseed in 2014 and looks forward to adding rifle instructor to her resume soon.  Her gun of choice is the Springfield Armory XDM in 9mm.


Instructor Josh Racine

Josh signed on in 2014.  He has been a youth athletic coach for many years and takes that expierience to the field of firearms training.  Josh is the only team member to pass the live fire qualifier on his first attempt.  Josh's gun of choice is the Smith and Wesson M&P in 9mm.


Apprentice Instructor Katherine Erickson
Katherine is the teams youngest instructor.  She has taken first place in the 4H State of Michigan Tournament in 2015.  She was also the youngest female in the country to pass the qualification at a Project Appleseed shoot.  She has constantly dominated the ladies division for pistol in the Upper Peninsula.  She shoots 600 yard matches with her AR15 and also attends tactical AR15 classes for speed at close ranges.  Her gun of choice is the Smith and Wesson M&P Julie Galob edition in 9mm. 
Apprentice Instructor Caleb Plumley
Caleb Joined the team in 2015.  He has been a member of the 4H Big Shooters club and taken home first place in the State of Michigan Postal Shoot and second place in the state at the 4H State Tournament.  He has also taken numerous awards with both his pistol and revolver.  Caleb's gun of choice is his Smith and Wesson M&P in 9mm.  Caleb is also one of two left hand shooters on the team.
Instructor Kristy Plaswirth
Kristy joined the team in 2016.  Her history is with instruction of martial arts.  Her gun of choice is the Smith and Wesson Shield in 9mm.
Instructor Adam Anderson
Adam Joined the team in 2016.  He is currently employed in the law enforcement field.  He is also one of the two instructors from Wisconsin.
